4. Returns & Exchanges

- How to Initiate a Return

- We will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide the return shipping address.
- Ship your package back within 7 days of receiving your RMA.
- Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
- Refunds & Processing
