The only fee on a standard sale is Depop Payments processing, charged on the item price plus shipping and any tax. Boosting a listing to push it higher in search adds a separate, optional fee on top.

$2.10 on a $50 sale, leaving you $47.90 — an effective rate of 4.2%. On $100 it is $3.75, leaving $96.25. The rate differs between the two because Depop charges a fixed amount per transaction as well as a percentage, so the flat part weighs more heavily on smaller orders.
What are Depop's fees, exactly?
On a $50 sale, Depop charges payment processing of $2.10 (3.3% of $50.00 + $0.45). That comes to $2.10 in total. There is no monthly fee.
Does Depop charge fees on shipping?
Yes. Depop calculates its percentage on the order total, which includes the shipping you charged the buyer. A $50 item with free shipping costs $2.10 in fees; the same item with $10 shipping costs $2.43 — $0.33 more, on shipping money that mostly goes to the carrier. Raising your shipping price raises your Depop bill.
What should I charge on Depop to keep $50?
Work it backwards rather than guessing: at Depop's rates you have to charge more than $50 to keep $50, because the fee is taken from what the buyer pays.
